Sacramento Metro Chamber Opens Registration for 54th Annual “Cap-to-Cap” Federal Advocacy Program in Washington, D.C.
Another Sell-Out is Expected, Interested Attendees Encouraged to Register Early
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Sacramento Metro Chamber is proud to announce the 54th Annual Capitol-to-Capitol (or Cap-to-Cap) federal advocacy program is returning to Washington D.C. April 18-22, 2026. Presented by Sutter Health, the 2026 program will include a motivated contingent of approximately 450 regional business leaders, elected officials, and changemakers who will travel to meet in-person with federal officials and advocate as a bold and resounding voice for business. Since 1970, the Sacramento region’s Cap-to-Cap program represents the largest and longest-standing chamber delegation of its kind.

Representing the six-county region and filled with diverse voices and extensive expertise, the goal of the Cap-to-Cap program is to champion a successful future for the Greater Capital Region. Every year, Cap-to-Cap works to secure funding and resources for high-priority projects that benefit the entire region while raising policy concerns and local goals with officials at the national level. The Cap-to-Cap 2026 advocacy program is also supported by Sacramento County Supervisor Pat Hume and Yolo County Supervisor Lucas Frerichs.
Cap-to-Cap attendees will work alongside policy experts focused on our region’s priorities and have the opportunity to add thoughtful insight while helping to identify solutions that address the most pressing issues facing the Sacramento area.
